Personality: Onni's bit tough and brave character is being balanced by Dakota's softer personality and more willingness to please. Onni's playful attitude and lots of drive makes him suitable for any sports you can have with a toller.

Health: Hip and elbow statistics in both families are good. As for PRA and CEA, status of puppies will be either Normal/Clear or Carrier. No-one of them will be affected. As for autoimmune diseases the risk should be in control. You may inquire after the issues and background of this combination from the Finnish Toller Club's Breeding Committee.

Hunting abilities: Onni brings more than enough drive and game-orientedness to the combination. Dakota, again, provides bit calmer temper to balance the eagerness of the stud.


A female toller can find out comfortable ways to spend her time to.. like hopping on top of a stump or catching a cat.

Appearance: Dakota provides bone, excellent front and back in addition to excellent movements. Onni provides typical toller head, nice white marks, classic toller appearance and great lively attitude. Both of parents have good proportions and suitable length of legs.

Coefficient of inbreeding: Coefficient of inbreeding is 0% in seven generations.

This combination has been approved by several appreciated breeders. Litter will be bred by kennel Toller's Delight.


In action in Denmark.

Progress of the litter project in a nutshell:

• Dakota started her season in the beginning of December
• Natural mating took place on 20.12.2008 and 21.12.2008
• After 1½ weeks from the mating, Dakota has become more cozy and cuddly and resting a lot
• After three weeks from mating, bride Dakota is just resting all the time and wanting her belly to be scratched
• Few days before giving birth measurement of Dakota's belly is 85cm and her weight is 24,5kg. Dakota is feeling bit uncomfortable with her huge belly.
• Puppies were born on 17.2.2009, four dogs and five bitches! All puppies are healthy and in good condition.
• Puppies are growing and active.

Looks like there are little ones coming. There was little bit more than two weeks left for the delivery when this pic was taken.
